Bring your own horse

Tostarp Bed´n Ride arranges guided tours in and around the beautiful nature at Söderåsen National Park if you want to ride your own horse. 

We are careful to adapt the ride to your exact wishes, but you must be able to handle your horse in all gaits. It is a lot of climbing and there are many wonderful distances for trot and gallop.

It is possible to combine tour riding and guided tour if you want to ride your own horse and have family or friend who does not have a horse. We try to fill up the guided tours with private horses so that there are 4-6 equipage on each tour.

We do not offer Bed´n Box but our neighbour Mari do, see www.equimari.se.

Guided Trail Ride in Söderåsen National Park with Own Horse

The easiest option is to book a ride with your own horse in the booking system and join the trail ride that is scheduled for that day. When booking via the website there is a fixed price of 350 SEK regardless of which tour it is. Most often this will be a 2–2.5 hour ride, as that is the most common length of our trail rides. However, there are sometimes both longer and shorter tours. The Forest Loop is our most frequently booked tour.

The start time is when those coming for the trail ride are expected to be in the stable to get the horses ready, which usually takes 30–45 minutes.

*For tours of 2.5 hours or more, a minimum of 4 horse-and-rider combinations is required to book a closed group.

Horses that are not healthy are not allowed to visit due to the risk of infection.
